REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you do not wish to keep a product ordered on the Amrock Cosmetics website, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of delivery. Amrock Corporation will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and transaction fees and transport costs.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, please ensure:
- The item(s) have not been used.
- The item(s) have not been opened.
- The item(s) seal has not been broken.
- The item(s) are in its original packaging and without damage.
- Send your request within the 14-day exchange policy
To make an exchange/refund:
- WhatsApp us your exchange/refund request to 57044000 or;
- Instagram DM us your exchange/refund request to @amrockcorp or;
- Email us your exchange/refund request to pavan.aidasani@amrockcorp.com
- Exchanges/refunds must be made at the Amrock HQ at Unit 43 New Harbours Deck
- The client will bear the transports costs of visiting the Amrock HQ
- Accessories – namely Bondi Sands Application Mitt and Bondi Sands Exfoliating Mitt – are exempt from being exchanged, returned or refunded
